Lord Individual Training has been designed by Akin, currently a full time Premier League Academy Head Coach with experience coaching in category 1, 2 and 3 academies.

Akin has over 20 years experience in football, he played at AFC Wimbledon until he was 18 years old and shortly after graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University which was the UK Centre for Coaching Excellence with a degree in Sports Coaching.

Akin then gained coaching experience across the country in the professional game, non league and grassroots football. He achieved his UEFA A Licence at 25 years old which was the start of his professional coaching career.

His ambition though, has always been to build something of his own.
